UMS Solutions, Inc. recognizes and respects the legitimate interest of individuals to protect the privacy of information about them that may be collected or processed in the ordinary course of its business.  We have therefore adopted a privacy and data protection policy that applies to information that may be collected or processed by us through this website including but not limited to information received from locations within the European Union.

I. We take reasonable and appropriate measures to protect the privacy of Data Subjects by appropriately safeguarding PII from loss, misuse, unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration or destruction taking into account the risks involved in the processing and the nature of the Personal Data.

II. We do not collect or process PII other than information knowingly provided to us or necessary to maintain this website. Examples of this are: your name, email or residential address, telephone number, resume information, information about orders you place with us, any responses you choose to provide to our general marketing survey questions, or any inquires you may make through our Web site.

III. Use of “Cookies”: Cookies are small pieces of information that are stored by your browser on your computer’s hard drive. This site uses first and third-party cookies (session and persistent), however personally identifiable information is not collected through the use of cookies. Cookies are used to determine whether a visitor is unique or whether a visitor has viewed our site before. This site uses session cookies in our job opportunity section of the Web site for single sign-on into the application and persistent cookies for Web site traffic analysis. Cookies are also used in sections of this site which require user log-in to authenticate and validate users and to determine whether a user’s session is active or has timed-out.

V. The information collected by this Web site is used only for responding to your inquiries and otherwise corresponding with you, for processing transactions you request, maintaining your account (if you have one), and for the administration, review and/or the improvement the content of our Web sites.

We may contact you in response to your comments or inquiries, as part of the maintenance of your account with us (if you have one), or in order to complete a transaction that you requested.

If you specifically request, we may also contact you to inform you of other products or services we believe may be of interest to you, but we will offer you an opportunity not to receive such communications.

VI. Opting Out: If you decide that you do not want to receive further e-mails regarding your inquiry from Universal Imaging, you can reply to the e-mail or use the telephone number (800) 842-0607 with a request that we not continue to e-mail you. We do not use outside data sources to enrich marketing data obtained online.

VII. Onward Transfer: We do not share, transfer to third parties, assign, sell, permit the viewing of or access to any PII, unless required by law or legal process.
